Tiani Perkins - Founder of Wylder Impact
Tiani Perkins is an entrepreneur, educator, consultant, speaker, and homeschooling mother of six with a deep interest in how people build successful businesses without sacrificing the lives those businesses were meant to support.
Throughout her career, Tiani has worked with entrepreneurs and professionals on the human and strategic sides of growth...from strengthening leadership and decision-making to developing more sustainable ways of creating revenue, serving clients, and expanding a business.
Her philosophy is rooted in the idea that extraordinary growth does not have to come at the expense of wellbeing, family, creativity, or fulfillment.
Instead, businesses can be intentionally designed to create greater capacity.
That means developing stronger systems and smarter strategies while cultivating the skills, leadership, and working environments that allow people to thrive as the organization grows.
